Returns & Exchanges

At Larson’s Medical Supply, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within *30 days* of the delivery date if they meet the following conditions:

* Item is unused and in original condition
* Product is in its original packaging
* All accessories, manuals, and parts are included
* Proof of purchase or order number is provided

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and compliance reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

* Opened or used medical supplies
* Personal care items
* OTC medications
* Sterile products once opened
* Customized or special-order items
* Clearance or final sale items
* Expired products

Larson’s Medical Supply reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within *5 business days* of delivery.

Please include:

* Order number
* Photos of the item and packaging
* Description of the issue

We will work quickly to resolve the problem through a replacement, store credit, or refund when applicable.

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within *5–10 business days*.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to:

* Incorrect shipment
* Manufacturer defect

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team for assistance.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment processing begins. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
